Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Shipping charges are based off of three factors: Weight, Size and location.

All shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on these factors. Unless otherwise noted, we do not offer free shipping. It is our belief that free shipping really isn't free. Most companies bake the cost into the item price. We prefer to be honest and straightforward with the cost breakdown. Occasionally we do offer item discounts and coupons code via our social media page. Shipping is only calculated to the lower 48 U.S. contiguous states via our website. We do ship WORLDWIDE! Please ask us for a quote prior to attempting to order.

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 30 day (from time of verified delivery via tracking) return policy. Return shipping is paid by the buyer and is not refundable either inbound or outbound. The exception to this policy is if the item is significantly different from advertised or there is a workmanship error. For example, if a customer orders weave poles and we ship jump cups, the return would be at the cost of The Dog AgilityShop, LLC. Another example would be if within the 30 day period, an item failed under normal use.The Dog Agility Shop, LLC would cover the return shipping.

Certain items are non refundable and/or non returnable. These items include any items that are marked as "built to order"or "made to order". In some cases, a cancellation fee is assessed to these items anytime after payment is made and the customer chooses to voluntarily cancel the order for any reason. If a cancellation fee is associated, the item description will clearly state this. These items include but are NOT limited too, A Frames, wobble boards, teeter bases and other contact equipment built to order.

Used, Damaged or "switcharoo" items are not accepted under any circumstance. These items will not be refunded and will be disposed of without refund.

DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING

We take great care in packaging our products for safe arrival to the customer. Unfortunately, on rare occasion, UPS, USPS and Fed/Ex make errors and damage products. In the event that your item arrives damaged from transport, it is the customers responsibility to notify us within a 24 hour period from receipt. In most cases, a claim will need to be filed for the damage.

NON RECEIPT OF ITEM, Item shows "delivered"

It is rare that an item tracking will show delivered when the item is not delivered. Most carriers now photograph parcel deliveries (UPS and FedEx) or use GPS tracking. 

In the event that a customer claims the parcel was not received yet tracking shows delivered, the ONLY remedy is for the customer to contact their local post office or UPS office to file a claim on non receipt. If you believe the parcel was stolen by "porch pirates", the theft and any video should be reported to local police in your location.

Under NO CIRCUMSTANCE will Dog Agility Shop, LLC be responsible for theft of parcel or missing parcels if tracking shows delivered. We simply can not self insure every package. If theft in your area is a concern, we recommend contacting us prior to ordering to request signature confirmation services. Additional postage will apply beyond out posted rate.

We recognize this policy may not be acceptable to all customers however with increased porch theft and claims of non receipt, this is unfortunately our policy and we can not make exceptions.
